This Progressive Dynamics 9360 converter worked exactly as it was supposed to the first time it powered up!
The unit has performed as expected with new AGM batteries. I like the addition of the pendant to show if the unit is working & charging. However, for some of us the communications cable length from the pendant is a little too short. If there is a means to extend its length so as to place the pendant in a desirable location, it would be nice to have that option. Overall, in my limited time observering and applying loads to the batteries, the converter is doing well
It only gets 3 stars because it required buying another circuit board to add to it so that it would charge a lithium battery. And it does not charge it to 14.5. It only guess to 13.8.
Worked exactly as expected. Tight spot to install in our 5th wheel. The instructions provided were a bit vague, but Progressive Dynamics Customer Service were quite helpful.
I should have went with this PD converter when my original WFCO (non-lithium) quit working, but I went with a RecPro. Although stated as Lithium, it really didn’t have a correct charging profile,and the battery BMS would shut down every few months. This PD has a true Lithium optimized charging profile, which I have monitored through my Renogy battery shunt.
This was a replacement for the 9260 so that I could properly charge lifepo4 batteries. It was a quick simple swap as the footprint and mounting locations are exactly the same. For simplicity plug it in to a house outlet and use the included pin/key to change the mode. The mode is displayed by the color of the LED. If you wait to change the mode after installation it might be very cramped.
Very well built and the multi battery charging is great.

Tested this 60 amp Converter/Charger with a lithium 140 Ah battery. The converter provides 58-59 amps continuously to the battery for rapid charging. This was a bench test. Very pleased.

Reliable and fast. Over the last camping season this Charger performed well with my dual LiFePO4 batteries.
Easy to swap out and now that I have a Lifepo4 battery, the lion profile ensures a full charge on my battery.
This unit has worked flawlessly. I needed to go this route because I was installing a large lithium battery bank. The original unit that came with my 5th wheel wasn't lithium capable.
Swapping it out was simple and straight forward. The remote battery type indicator was very handy since my converter/charger is inside the endtable bt the sofa and you can't see the indicator light without it.
I have 860Ahs of lithium batteries and it charges the batteries just fine.
The videos that E-trailer provides, and their phone support proved to be very helpful for me while choosing the right unit to fit my needs.
I would recommend both E-trailer & this Progressive Dynamics converter/Charger.
I needed to update my converter so I could change to a Lithium battery. This is a direct replacement for my lead acid converter so it was as simple as disconnecting the wires and connecting the new converter. Great product and very good quality.
Drop in replacement for the 9160 originally installed in my 5th wheel.
chose to go with the 9360 so I don't have to lift in 2 80 lb AGM batteries that failed after 7 years of use. I replaced the AGM batteries with lithium for the weight savings even though AGM are better suited for the Minnesota cold.
I was very pleased with the process of making this purchase. I am no expert in the camping world, and needed some assistance prior to purchase. The assistance was excellent and provided all of the information I needed. etrailer had the part that was a good upgrade for me. The price was fair and the shipping process went smoothly and quickly. I am very pleased.
I replaced my factory WFCO converter, which the circuit board failed within a few years, with this Progressive Dynamics converter. It fit in the factory space with a little room to spare and I was able to fish the remote pendant wiring up to the breaker panel which keeps it handy. I used 10-32 rivet nuts to secure the new converter into the opening. Hansen Rivet makes a rivet nut tool that works great in tight spaces, it worked perfectly and eliminated the need to make complicated mounting hold downs. Overall, the converter is functioning as it should, and time will tell how it holds up. We do a lot of 'off grid' camping and rely on our solar panels and generators to keep our modern 12V conveniences working. I ultimately decided on this converter after extensive research and reading other people's reviews. As always, the group at etrailer were great to work with and I appreciate their help and support.
The OEM Converter I am replacing is 8 years old and has 1 set of Output 12V Terminals. The Progressive Unit Features are impressive with 2 sets of 12V Terminals, which will improve my connection with the Solar Contoller that was added to my trailer because the wire run was spliced in to the main output cables instead of being directly connected. The Heatsink to help cool the Progressive Converter is a better design, along with the larger housing and cooling fan design. And the features of Battery Type Charge Selection will allow me to upgrade my current Wet Cell Batteries to Lithium in the future.

After a year this is still doing what it was mentioned to do. My batteries are always charged up and ready to go. Like the fast charge button.
