Is Progressive Dynamics Converter PD9140A Compatible with AGM Batteries

Question:
My camper is more than 20 years old. It is equipped with an Intelipower 9100 series converter. The model number is PD9140A. Is it OK to use this converter with AGM batteries? Or do I need more modern unit?

Hey Larry, while we don't carry the PD9140A any more I was able to find info on it and it is compatible with AGM batteries.

Hey Larry, did you decide to stick with your current converter for the AGM batteries, or are you thinking about upgrading to a more modern unit? I'm curious to know how it worked out for you, as it might help others with similar setups.
