Is there a class IV hitch available for my 2023 Lexus GX 460? I want something capable of my max towing capacity of 6,500 lbs.

The only aftermarket hitches available for your 2023 Lexus GX 460 are Class III like the etrailer # e46YR. We get this question with some frequency and at this point I would say there won't be a Class IV developed outside of the OEM hitch. This hitch has a max gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs and max tongue weight of 500 lbs. It is also compatible with weight distribution.
Unless you are set on towing at the max capacity this is likely more than enough. It is also close to the max that would be comfortable to tow with the vehicle. Typically you don't want to tow at max capacity, and doing so is often an unpleasant experience. You can also save quite a bit of money by choosing the aftermarket hitch.
