Excellent product and inexpensive. Easy installation.
This is the third hitch I have purchased from eTrainler and as in the past the product is perfect and fits like a glove. Also the staff is there for ordering and installation support if needed. Product ordered and delivered before the date promised.
Product was shipped on the day of the order and received on time. Order process was efficient and delivered earlier than promised.
The product was described accurately and the installation took approximately 15 minutes.

Super easy to fit and I appreciate the spacer plate. I regret ordering from etrailer as they have a shipping disadvantage compared to Amazon. Amazon would have delivered for the same price next day, I had to wait almost three weeks for etrailer’s free shipping.

Installed on my Lexus 2017 GX 460. Hitch arrived quickly and installation was straight forward and only took fifteen minutes with one exception. The hitch did not fit to clear the bottom of plastic bumper without adding 3 spacer washers to each of the 4 bolt locations. Spacer washers (Which I purchased from local hardware store ) were placed between the Curt Hitch plate and the mount location on Lexus Frame dropping the hitch about 1/4 inch to clear the bottom of plastic bumper. The washers do not affect the hitch performance or safety in any way in my option and make a much better fit without having to cut or alter the bumper in any way. Great hitch for a much lower price than ordering from Lexus dealership! Hitch is hidden well and looks great! Going to put it to the test with a 9 hour pull south to Florida for the Holidays

The hitch has worked perfectly, looks good and does not stick out to far from bumper so no hitting your your leg when unloading items out of back of your SUV!
We are happy customers! Received the Curt Trailer hitch receiver today. It took about 10 minutes to install the product. (And 20 minutes to figure out how to slightly lower the spare tire-this GX-460 is new to me). Lowering the spare tire about 1-2 inches provided the flexibility to easily bolt up the hitch receiver. All together very quick and easy! We saved $800 by purchasing your product and installing it ourselves. Two dealer quotes each wanted over $900 to provide a hitch receiver and labor. Thank you for making this easy for us.

Will definitely recommend this Company! The Curt hitch fit perfect! Had to drop the spare tire and take off the bottom trim panel. Took 10 minutes to install.

Very good powder based paint coverage and heavy construction on material. Great Product !
Super easy install. Kind of tight to get a torque wrench in there to tighten to proper spec with the exhaust pipe in the way on one side. A long 19mm socket would probably fix this easy. 10 minute install and good to understand where your spare tire is too!
I am already glad I bought this hitch as it was an easy install in 30 minutes. I did apply medium strength threadlock to bolts. Great fit and did NOT have to lower spare tire. Used a heavy hammer to move spare tire just enough forward to make it an easy fit. Not a mechanic as I bought my first torque wrench for this and am 68 years old! Going to use it to transport 2 bicycles in the area. I am sure it will work just fine.

The Curt hitch fit the vehicle well and overall appears to be a good product. However, there was a TON of weld splatter all over the hitch. Very disappointed to see this in an American made product.

Great hitch, Lexus made adding the receiver a no brainer. I’d consider this a 2/10 on the difficulty level with the right tools. Easy install and quick shipping from etrailer, nothing else needed.
Easiest hitch yet! I have installed 5 hitches now from trucks to suvs and this one was by far the most simple install.
Had to drop the spare tire just a bit in order to set the hitch in place. After that it was 4 bolts and done. No cutting no hammering.
Excellent for mounting my bike rack. Installation was not as easy as depicted in video for a Lexus GX 460 because of the need lower spare, but simple nevertheless.
As advertised, perfect fit. Exactly what I needed at a fair price.
Their hitch fits perfectly. No complaints. I had an issue with an incorrect sized spare tire on my car getting in the way, they helped me with that issue.
This receiver looks good on our Lexus. However, it requires dropping the tire to make it fit. Installation was easy but an impact wrench should be used.
