I went out to our warehouse and took every measurement I could think you might possibly need. I've attached a photo to assist. The rough dimensions of the hitch are 9-1/2 wide by 6-5/8 long by 4-1/4 inches tall.

@JasonS I believe Dm is asking what the depth, or thickness is. Is the Draw-tite 75685 thicker and therefore it doesn't need a spacer?

@Richard The Draw-Tite part # 75685 doesn't have thicker metal, it would be the same as the Curt hitch part # C13043 and the etrailer hitch part # e46YR. The Draw-Tite hitch is going to have 18" of clearance from the ground where as the Curt and etrailer hitch, since they have that extra bracket, are going to have slightly less at 17-1/2" of clearance.
