Can I lock these to my truck? I like the concept of them but I don't want to spend this kind of money just to have them walk off by themselves.

Of course!

To lock the TorkLift FastGun Turnbuckles for Bed-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLS9520 you need the Pin Locks # TLS9500. This comes with 4 locks which is actually ideal since you would typically be using 4 of the FastGuns to secure your camper anyways.
