Can Custer 10-Watt LED Strobe Light # STR1W-LED Be Wired to Stay On Without Strobing

Can this be wired not to strobe as auxiliary light?

I contacted the technical staff at Custer to ask about their 10-Watt LED Strobe Light # STR1W-LED. According to the folks at Custer this light's 14 different selectable flashing patterns do not include an always-on mode with no flashing. They could not tell me if it could be wired to stay on since it is intended to strobe and has never been tested to operate any other way.

Perhaps a better option for you is the Optronics Uni-Lite LED Mini Utility Light # UCL11CKB. This high-efficiency clear LED light has a 1-1/10th-inch diameter and is less than an inch deep. Please refer to the linked image and video. It is also lower in cost than the Custer unit you referenced.
