Yes, the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7 does fit the 2021 Ram ProMaster 1500 so long as you have a 4-way wiring harness installed like the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C58DR. The item # ETBC7 kit includes a pre-wired 7- and 4-way trailer connector that mounts easily at the rear of your van with an included bracket. This kit is designed for use on a vehicle with an existing 4-way flat trailer connector and plugs directly into it.

To add a hitch, I recommend the etrailer item # e99AR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your ProMaster with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity and a 500 lbs maximum tongue weight.
