are the torklift fast gun pn TLS9521 is that to tie down a camper on the inside of your truck bed using the d hooks on each inside corner of your truck bed rather than mounting to your truck frame it would be much better than straps ?

Yes, the Torklift FastGun Turnbuckles # TLS9521 are intended to be used with bed-mounted tie downs, rather than frame-mounted.
We would never recommend using a strap as a camper tie down. At the very least you would need to use a standard steel turnbuckle. The Torklift FastGun Turnbuckles are going to be the most secure and durable that we offer.
