Installation Instructions For The Roadmaster Baseplate # 1444-3 On A 2015 Jeep Wrangler

Question:
I have a 2015 hard rock Jeep Wrangler and I am attaching the mounting plate PN 1444-3 on it. The directions show another bracket mounted to the frame down to plate that your installation video doesn’t show. Figures E, F, G on the instructions. Since my Jeep doesn’t have the mounting hole is it required on my model?

Figures E, F, and G in the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # 1444-3 instructions are talking about trimming the skid plate so that you can slip the provided tab weld-nuts into the frame of the vehicle so that you have a nut for the baseplate bolt to thread into.
If you're referring to something else please send me some pictures and I'd be happy to verify.
