Question:
I have a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus with the 2.7 liter engine and AWD. I am trying to set the vehicle up to flat tow it but the manual is very vague. Would love any advice you have. Dealership is of no help and neither was Lincoln customer service.

Thanks for the picture! I checked with Roadmaster and since your 2019 Lincoln Nautilus has the 2.7 L engine it is able to be flat towed. The battery must be disconnected while your Lincoln's being towed because if it runs too low it'll automatically shift to park. This step should be covered in your owner's manual in the Manual Park Release section.
If you aren't interested in unhooking the cables every time you can install the Roadmaster Battery Disconnect with Switch item # RM-766. It will allow you to disconnect your battery with the flip of a switch.
The rest of the parts you will need to flat tow your 2019 Lincoln Nautilus are listed below:
Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar item # RM-520 and item # RM-643
Base Plate Kit - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # RM-524461-5
Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267
Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. I have linked a FAQ article that explains all this in more detail along with our selection of adapters.
I have also linked all of the instructions and a few installation videos below so you can see how to get these parts set up.
