Yes, you definitely can! To install a class III hitch on a 2013 Honda CR-V, I recommend the etrailer item # e98868. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have attached a couple of pictures and linked an installation video below so you can see what this hitch looks like once installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56158 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
