It sounds like you're looking for the Replacement I-Beam Jack Bracket for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC349975. This replaces the bracket on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 or # LC675817. It does not come with hardware so you will need to acquire 1/2"-20 self-tapping bolts separately for installation.
