Wheel and Tire to Replace 4.80-12 to Increase Speed Rating

Question:
Hi, I currently have a small Ultra Tow Folding, Aluuminum 4 x 8 trailer that came stock with 12 x 4.8 low speed tires and steel wheels. I need to Upgrade both wheels and tires to not only a Highway speed set, but looking to upsize to the largest and widest Rims and Tire.... That will fit? Any advise? NOTES: I have 5 of additional Fender clearance Height so lots of room here. And I am using the Standard hub the came with the trailer. I believe it is just over 2?? But its just a guess!

To get you to a higher speed rating of 81 mph I would go with the Kenda Karrier ST145/r12 par # AM31202 which is only a little bigger and has the higher speed rating you are wanting. It has the correct 5 lug wheel bolt pattern as well.
