Interested in getting two of your AM30850 GALVANIZED 5.30 - 12 WHEEL ASSEMBLIES: DO YOU HAVE ANY RADIO TIRES IN 5.30-12 SIZE ON GALVANIZED WHEELS.? IF NOT DO THESE ASSEMBLIES COME PRE-BALANCED..? ARE THEY SIMPLY READY TO BOLT ON TO MY TRAILER..?

We do not have a radial tire available in 5.30-12. and you will likely have a hard time finding one. The radial equivalent of the 5.30-12 is the ST145/R12.
There is the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30850 you were looking at for the 5.30-12 bias tire or the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" Galvanized Spoke Wheel # AM31202 for the ST145/R12 radial tire.
The wheels and tires do not come pre-balanced. Most wheels and tires will not come pre-balanced because the weights could come off during shipping. To be completely honest, most people do not get their trailer tire/wheels balanced and just bolt them onto their trailer as is.
