Question:
Thank you getting back with me. The issue I have is the location of the bolt on holes. The Shelby 5138 has the holes 1” down from the top. That’s what I need. Most replacements are 1 1/4” down. The holes are 3” a part. Can you see if your recommendation is to that spec. I have attached pictures. Many thanks

A replacement for your Shelby 5138 is the Fulton Fas-Lok Coupler, 2" Ball, 3" Channel - 3,500 lbs # F223000301. This is a great quality coupler that is cost effective as you referenced. I've attached a review video of this product to assist.
If you are wanting a stronger coupler at a great cost, I recommend the Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - Trigger Latch - Zinc - 2" Ball - Bolt On - 5,000 lbs # CT-5003-Z. This is a quality product at a very low cost that I highly recommend.
