Hello, we are looking to upgrade our Suburban 12 gallon hot water tank to a tankless system. The door dimensions look to be about 16 inches +/- about half an inch. We have a 2022 Grand Design Momentum 376THS. Will the 16 x 16 inch door Furrion Tankless water heater work for our application? Thank you,

The access doors from Furrion are 1/8" larger than their dimensions so the 16" x 16" would really be 16-1/8" x 16-1/8". If the height is less than 16" and the width is just over 16" then I recommend the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR48SR. If the height is 16" or larger then I recommend going with the 18" x 18" # FR98SR.
To complete your installation you'll also want to put some butyl tape on the mounting flanges for both the main unit and access door. You'll also want some non-sag sealant # AL28FJ around the outer edge of the access door flange to prevent water from leaking into the trailer.
