Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today, we're taking a look at the Dometic 410 Toilet in white. So folks, if you've been thinking about upgrading your RV toilet, or you just need to, and you don't want to give up your bathroom space, this Dometic complete 410 tall gravity flush, slow close lid and seat is gonna be one you should seriously consider, if not go ahead and purchase. So this is a nice premium porcelain. (porcelain clinks) So you can hear that difference, which already in my opinion, sets it apart.

The porcelain bowl just feels more like your traditional residential toilet. It's gonna be easier to clean, more scratch resistant, and overall, it's better at preventing stains, and keeping those nasty odors out compared to plastic. And to me, what really makes this 410 Dometic Toilet special is that it has a compact rear profile. So as you can see, this is gonna be nice and compact. So even though it has a porcelain bowl, it has been designed to fit in those tighter RV bathrooms where most porcelain toilets just won't fit.

So that in turn is gonna free up that valuable floor space, giving you more space inside instead of taking it away. And it's a nice 18 inch chair height, so it's gonna be more comfortable to use, especially, if you're coming from a home style setup. You're gonna get the full size seat again with that soft closed lid. So no more slamming, (lid slams) less noise in a small place, and those kind of things. So again, it's a very nice option.

Now, going down through a closeup look, flushing is handled by the foot pedal here. It's a dual action. Half press adds water into the bowl. The full press go ahead and finishes that flush. Installation's a breeze.

Again, you got universal two bolt mounting kit here with the included hardware as well. And this fits most RVs that have a standard 7 5/8 inch rough opening. So from the back of your wall to the center, 7 5/8 inches, that's gonna make it a true drop in replacement. And again, it's tool free. It's a DIY replaceable part. Now, coming from the top. As far as the flushing, I mentioned a few minutes ago, this is really nice because it uses a 360 degree power flush. So it's gonna give you a full bowl coverage using gravity, which is gonna give you less water usage. And again, that half flush fills the water, and that full flush, the foot pedal will open that valve and let everything go down with ease. Wrapping up folks, some overall dimensions. 17 5/8 inches deep overall. 15 inches wide. And from the floor to the top with the lid closed 19 5/8 inches tall. And another nice thing about this folks is all the parts here are pretty easy to replace if you ever have to after many, many years of use, and those kind of things.
