Recommended Timbrens and Spacers for a 2025 Toyota Tundra w/ a Factory Lift

Updated 08/18/2025 | Published 08/10/2025

Question:

I have a 2025 Toyota Tundra with a 3” factory suspension lift. Toyota lifts the front 3” and rear 2”. What is the total measurement of spacers I need to add to maintain the recommended 1” gap on rear axle for my T45MR Timbren SES order?

Hey Scott, congrats on the new truck. I checked with Timbren's website and they do not go into specifics on how many spacers or what size you're going to need.

The instructions for the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System item # T45MR say to leave a 1/2" - 1-1/2" gap between the spring and the part of your axle where they contact. Giving a range like that is so you can adjust the spacers for your comfort and ride height preferences.

Since your 2025 Toyota Tundra has the factory lift, Timbren recommends purchasing their Spacer Kit item # T33AV. This lift comes with 1" and 1/2" spacers along with the additional hardware you'll need.

Is your lift a suspension lift or a body lift in the rear?

It is a suspension lift. Not a body lift.

@ScottW Ok, just wanted to double check. You'll definitely need the Spacer Kit item # T33AV.
