Center Hole to Center Hole Length of CE Smith Frame Strap

I have a question about part number CE14138. The hole to hole spacing is specified as 3 1/16 which I think is correct but when you watch your video about the part the measurement on the ruler is 3 3/4. Was the wrong part used in the making of the video or is the part 3 3/4 hole spacing?

You are correct, the hole spacing on the # CE14138 is 3-1/16". I confirmed this with CE Smith as well. There are a few other frame straps with similar dimensions and I suspect that is what ended up in the video.
