Were about to buy a Redarc brake controller for a 2018 Toyota Highlander. Is there a Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for this controller? We saw the harness for the Toyota Tundra/Tacoma and are hoping theres a similar one for the Highlander.

No, there isn't. I checked with our vendors and no one has a plug in adapter for any model brake controller on a 2018 Toyota Highlander because Toyota did not include the necessary port when they manufactured your vehicle.
To install the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller item # RED24FR in your Highlander you will need the Universal Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers item # RED69FR.
