Can you please guide me on what hitch I need to flat tow a 2023 Ford Expedition behind a Class A Diesel Motorhome? My Ford is compatible for neutral flat tow and has the 2 front hooks, but I’m having trouble figuring out what I need to buy.

I can definitely help set you up with everything you need to flat tow your 2023 Ford Expedition. Take a look at the list of parts below. I will start with the base plate and go from there.
Base Plate - etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e86YR
Tow Bar - etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e94ZR
Towed Vehicle Wiring - Roadmaster Diode Kit # RM-15267
Charge Line Kit - # RM-156-25
Supplemental Braking System - Blue Ox Patriot RF # BLU37TR
Brake-Lite Relay # RM-88400
Drop Hitch - # BLU28XR (this may or may not be needed, depending on height differences between the base plate and the hitch on your motorhome)
That will cover everything you need. The base plate will require cutting of the bumper fascia, and drilling into the frame. The tow hooks are not rated for flat towing and will be permanently removed from the vehicle. Generally this is something folks would take to an installer and have done professionally.
