Question:
Ready to install my Ram electric jack but I have one question. At what point do I stop lowering jack? The stop here tape on the shaft is skewed. SEE PHOTO.

The Electric Jack w/ Footplate and 7-Way Plug - A-Frame # EJ-3527-BBX should stop before it reaches the pin and clip that holds the drop leg. Most people will typically stop as soon as they're a few inches above the ground to avoid having to wait for it to fully retract as long as it will clear while towing the trailer. The sticker is mostly there to prevent people from pinching down on the pin and clip and is more of a guide.
