Question:
I will have a trailer with gvw at 14,000. I am derating to 10,000lbs. The trailer weights about 3,300 lbs. When loaded the tongue weight will be ? not sure what, but sure you have an electric jack for me to put on this trailer. can you advise?

Since you are limiting your trailer to 10000lbs, and the average tongue weight is 10-15% of the trailer weight, you are looking at 1000-1500lbs tongue weight. With that said it is a good idea to use a jack with a larger capacity as it will be able to work easier leading to a longer life of the jack.
I recommend the Electric Jack w/ Footplate and 7-Way Plug # EJ-3527-BBX which has a 3500lb capacity meaning it would be able to work fine even if you loaded the trailer to 14000lbs and had 1400-2100lbs tongue weight. The cool part about this jack is that it does not require a battery to be installed on the trailer as it plugs into the 7-way connector on your truck to power the jack.
The # EJ-3527-BBX is designed for a-frame trailers, has 25-1/8" of lift with the drop leg, and emergency crank should you need it.
If you would prefer a jack that requires a trailer battery, I recommend taking a look at the # EJ-3520-BBX as it is the same as the # EJ-3527-BBX with the only difference being it needs to be hooked to a battery on your trailer.
I included a video of the # EJ-6527-BBX for you to take a look at.
