Yes, they are. The Dexter Trailer Hub & Drum Assembly item # 84546UC3-EZ and the TruRyde Electric Trailer Brake Kit item # TRU36FR are both compatible. The Hub comes individually you will need two per axle and the brakes come as a set so you will only need one per axle.

The Hub and Drum Assembly item # 84546UC3-EZ is compatible with trailer's that use inner bearing item # L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) and outer bearing item # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter).
The Electric Trailer Brake Kit item # TRU36FR uses a 4 bolt mounting flange to attach to your trailer's axle. It will look like this item # 4-34.
