I need a replacement 1/4 to 2 adapter for a Thule bike rack. I am not sure what model rack I have. Can I send a photo or can you advise me where to find the model number?

Thanks for the picture of your rack. Based on that I can see that you have a Thule Hitching Post Pro bike rack part # TX934XTR so the correct 2 inch hitch adapter would be the part # 853-7489.

All Thule bike racks use the same hitch pin, so you will want the Replacement Threaded Pin for Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device #853-5917 or the complete pin and lock kit #THSTL2. This is the 12mm thread you mentioned.
