The best baseplate for your 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L is going to be the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM77ZR. I checked with Roadmaster and confirmed that this will fit the Overland model. This base plate kit has removable arms that will keep the front end of your Jeep as close to a factory look as possible. Please note that if you have tow hooks they must be removed to complete the installation.

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
