I have a Hyundai Palisade 2023 and I like the Stealth hitch package you guys have but what is the twig component that would be needed to hook up a trailer like a uhale etc..

To tow with the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # 391HYUNPALIS19 you will need the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring item # 391CONVPT5L. This kit has the required ball mount and 7-way connector.
The Stealth Hitches item # 391HYUNPALIS19 is confirmed to fit your 2023 Hyundai Palisade. It is custom fit and bolts to your Hyundai with included hardware. I have linked an installation video below.
Uhaul trailers typically have surge brakes and require a 4-flat connector. You will want to use the 7-Way to 5-Way/4-Way Trailer Adapter item # TR20141. The item # 391CONVPT5L is only available with a 7-way connector.
