What is the difference between e95ZR and C13427? They both come up as compatible to my 23 Hyundai Palisade?

The difference between the etrailer # e95ZR and Curt # C13427 trailer hitches for your 2023 Hyundai Palisade is literally just the finish.
The etrailer hitch has a matte black finish while the Curt hitch has the classic glossy black finish that we see with essentially all other trailer hitches. I personally like the matte black finish a bit more because I feel like it tends to blend in with the black finish on most vehicles better so I recommend going that route.
I'm attaching some installation videos as well as photos of these receivers so you can compare on your end as well. If you let me know what you plan on using the trailer hitch for I'd be more than happy to make some more recommendations for you!

Hi Jon, I asked Bud the same question as on his post about the 2023 palisade the links to videos were also not valid. Has something changed in the installation suggestions or are the links just bad and need to be renewed? I literally just ordered this hitch and don't want to install it if it is no longer recommended. thanks,
