Question:
Installed a 4 flat wiring harness with the converter on a 2022 Bronco Outerbanks with LED lights . Hooked up to a trailer and have left turn, right turn, running lights but no brake lights on trailer. really Odd. Normally if you have turn lights and running lights, brake lights work. Brake lights on trailer work with other vehicles. We wire vehicles regularly but this has us puzzled. Thanks

It sounds like there is either an issue with the powered converter or the brake wire which attaches to your 2022 Ford Bronco. You can use a Test Light # PTW2993 to test for power on the red wire of either the Tekonsha # TK99VR or Curt # C42WR when you press the brakes on your Bronco. If you have power on the red wire going into the converter and nothing coming out for the brake lights then you know the converter is defective. If you find there is no power on the red wire connecting to the tail lights you will want to verify the pin didn't push out of the connector or break/bend inside the connectors.
