Do these fit the Blue Ox BX4370 tow bar? I will be mounting to a 2017 F150 4x4 using a Patriot ii brake assist.

The etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e86YR is compatible with Blue Ox tow bars without the need of an adapter so you would be good to go with your Blue Ox Ascent Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX4370.

It sounds like you have almost everything you'll need to tow your 2017 Ford F-150 except for the tow bar wiring. For this I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will splice into your tail light wiring and display your motorhome's traffic signals through the tail lights of your F-150.

The Patriot II requires a direct power line to the battery so if you haven't set it up yet in your F-150 you'll want to pick up a 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332. You can tie this into a fuse, but we tend to prefer just extending the wire and using a ring terminal to connect it to the battery for a more stable connection.

Your F-150's battery is going to drain as you tow and the Patriot is going to accelerate that process so you'll want to also install a charge line kit # RM-156-25 to keep the battery charged while you tow. If your motorhome doesn't have a charge line ran to the 7-way then you'll also need part # RM-156-75.
