Yes, the Curt # C12169 will fit your 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid. However, I recommend getting the Class III # C13397 instead. In addition to the higher capacity, you will have more available options when it comes to accessories and ball mounts with the 2" receiver.

The # C56370 will work as long as you have the AWD model. If you have the front wheel drive model you will need the # C59236 instead.

Since it sounds like you will be towing you also need a ball mount. If you stick with the 1-1/4" receiver you can use the # C45521 along with the # C40001 for a 1-7/8" or # A-82 for a 2" ball. For the 2" receiver you can use the # C45056.
