Question:

I am towing my camper with a 2021 GMC 2500. In addition to LED lights I also have the side cameras that are integrated into the side marker lights. They will not work because of the known issue with the truck wiring. Will this adapter fix this problem with the cameras not working as well?

It sounds like you have a camera system like the Furrion # FR98NR with the side view cameras. For this you will need a 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter # FR87PR. This adapter works with the PWM wiring from your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500HD to give the cameras the constant 12 volt power they need.
