Question:

I have a Furrion RV backup camera system for my 2023 GMC Sierra 2500HD. It does not work off of the cigarette lighter because it doesnt receive a constant 12v according to the RV company I purchased my Jayco from. When using a battery pack and close looping the Jayco plug with a jumper the cameras work. Any insight on how to get this camera system to work in my 2023 GMC?

The new GM trucks are a little more challenging to use the Furrion Vision S camera systems like the part # FOS43TASF that you referenced but we have easy solutions that fix the problem. For a plug in adapter that installs inline with your 7-way you'd want the part # FR87PR. If you wanted a more permanent solution that wouldn't require using any additional adapter you'd need to wire in the # 31300006 on your truck's trailer wiring.
