Hi. John with etrailer. Look, things happen when you're on the road or when you're camping. If you need parts for your landing gear on your camper, don't forget to keep us in mind. We have the factory parts here available. For instance, the landing gear for your Lippert Ground Control 3.0.
Now on a 3.0 system, the landing gear that we're talking about is gonna be the main jacks on the front of your camper. These are the ones that are going to, whenever you want to hook and unhook, these are the ones you operate up here. This part that we're talking about, the replacement part, is actually going to be the the inner shaft and then the main shaft that goes up into your camper. It's not gonna include the motor. It's not gonna include the foot plate or the snapper pin, but those parts are available, and we have them here at etrailer.
This is a real factory Lippert product. Do not trust your system with aftermarket products. There's no reason to. This video really just focuses on the front landing gear, but if you have 3.0, and you have damage to either your mid or rear jacks as well, we have those factory replacement parts. So don't let broken parts ruin your summer vacation.

One year later: the part continues to perform flawlessly. ETrailer is my go-to for parts needs great customer service and quick shipping.
This was a quick and easy install after securely supporting the 5th-wheel on blocks. The jack was like-for-like so I didn’t have any issues.
PSA: The old jack’s threaded block completely stripped out. I’d recommend that owners check their factory jacks to make sure there is no weld-slag in and around the thread block and screw. I’m pretty confident that this weld slag was what cause our factory jacks to prematurely fail, as shown in the pictures.
Great product. Fits perfectly. Able to DIY install (at 73 yr old), using jack underneath to "adjust leg height" while lining up the tabs. The jack is great as well (Power Mountain Tallboy Off-Road Bottle Jack, also from etrailer).
Fit perfectly and would have been easy to install if I had better access to front legs. Generator made access difficult. Once installed it has worked perfectly
It arrived as promised and in great shape. I installed this my self and it went smoothly. When all was done I did a hard reset on the Lippert Auto leveling control. Everything now works good as new.
For around 30 lbs this was packaged very well. There were no instructions but isn't it just the opposite of removal. Threaded screw moved smoothly but I question reliability from LCI. The damaged screw was only 3 yrs old and we are not full time. I wish there were zerks to add grease. Guess I'll be using the 1/2 PVC pipe method next spring to add grease.
etrailer has saved me a couple times now. This was a direct replacement for Lippert one control leveling system. I was getting a jack error and found the jack was the issue. Price was great and shipping was super fast. Only issue I had was the powder coat paint is a bit too thick causing issues when installing it. I had to grind the paint off. But that wasn’t a big deal once I figured out the issue.
I'm glad you had it, I bought two now and this one is a spare to have on hand.
This is an exact replacement jack on for my Jayco 27RS. I have had to replace both jacks over the 5 years we have owned the camper. The change out was fairly straightforward and the new jack fit perfectly. etrailer has been a great source for all my parts needs.
etrailer saves the day. As others have stated the threads on the top plate stripped out, rendering us dead in the water. After some disassembly and a call to etrailer we got our parts in less than 2 days. Parts were reinstalled in 20 minutes and down the road we went.
I won’t look anywhere else for parts in the future. Knowledgeable sales staff, and dedicated shipping department!

Jack came when promised and was easily installed. I replaced all the bolts, washers, and nuts. attached the motor and plugged in the wiring and tested, worked great.

GREAT
The product is perfect, and since me motor was fine, it was the economical fix. just 4 nuts to completely remove the assembly, and another 2 to remove the motor.
turns out, because I has to fix this, I now see that Forest River installed by backs wrong. so now I know to remove my other jack, turn is 90 degrees so the jack is not secured by just the bracket tension, rather the points intended for hold the weight is will instead press into the bracket, ensuring a no-slip install.
Works flawlessly. Etrailer customer service was extremely responsive. Etrailer consistently sets the bar for customer service quality.

We were very pleased with our order and pleased with etrailer’s customer service. When our order was delivered, the box had been damaged and the part was missing. We need the part in order to leave for a trip in just a few days. I reached out to etrailer in a panic. etrailer rushed a new part to us immediately.
Well I am not a big fan of LCI. You guys did shipped in a timely manner. You guy's at ETRAILER are nice to deal with.
Part came quickly and was as advertised. Instructions were clear and straightforward. Would buy from etrailer again. I actually have bought from etrailer several times.
Exactly the replacement I needed. Install wasn't bad. Replaced both as I assume one going bad means other will go bad at soon. Motors work fine and didn't replace. 5th wheel was only 1 1/2 years old but had already gone through over 100 campground setups and tear downs. Need to reset the 3.0 leveling system as it needs to be recalibrate after the install. I haven't done that yet!
After having to replace one a couple months ago. Hindsight I should have done both when the other failed I was able to get the part in 2 days.
Excellent customer service, there was a hiccup in my order, it was showing it wasn’t going to ship for over a month. A different part was offered to me, i called and talked to Madison and she checked and found the original part in a tough spot in the warehouse but she was able to get it picked and sent out, i got it within 4 days and installed it today! Great part, pretty easy install. Thanks so much for great parts and exceptional customer service!
