This dome light has bright white LEDs that give you light over a kitchen counter, in a walkway, above a shower stall, or inside an enclosed trailer space.
LEDs are more energy efficient, last longer, and burn brighter than lights with incandescent bulbs. You won't have to worry about replacing bulbs that have brittle filaments. And because LEDs draw minimal power, the light won't drain your battery, overload your circuits, or produce too much heat.
LED Circuit Board Has Surface-Mount Technology
Unlike other LED lights, this dome light has an LED circuit board with durable, surface-mount technology. This technology will better resist the shock and vibration that happens when you drive over rough roads. And it improves heat distribution, which means that you won't burn your fingers when you need to do maintenance.
Raw Lumens vs. Effective Lumens
Lumens are utilized to measure the actual amount of light that you can see and use from a light source. If you need a super bright light for a workspace, you will want to go with a light that has a higher lumen count. If you want a softer glow in an RV living space, you should go with a light that has a lower lumen count.
Light sources typically have 2 different kinds of lumens: raw and effective. Raw lumens represent the natural amount of light that a manufacturer says their light fixtures can produce. Effective lumens, on the other hand, represent the usable brightness of the entire light assembly, including the drive method or any lenses or reflectors.
Light Has 2 Brightness Levels
Use the integrated toggle switch on the housing to turn the light on and off. The switch also lets you switch between 2 brightness levels depending on whether you want a dimmer light for family movie night or a brighter light for a workspace. You can also wire the light to a switch inside your RV.
Surface-Mount, Bolt-On Installation is Easy
This surface-mount dome light is incredibly easy to install as an upgrade or direct replacement of your existing light. Using hardware (not included), bolt the housing onto the ceiling, wall, or cabinet. The light has a 2-wire design that hooks up to ground (white wire) and power (black wire).

Used for under cabinet, over sink in RV. Isn’t flush because of wires and clear cover is very difficult to remove and replace. Looks great in space and serves its purpose.
Seems good but it was incredibly difficult to get the lens off in order to use the screw holes to install it. But the width is perfect for its location and that narrow of an led light is hard to find for some reason.
I wanted to add additional lighting in the kitchen area of my Arctic Fox 27-5L. This light matches the other lighting in the trailer exactly. It also offers a lot of light which is what we needed!! Getting it from etrailer made it easy and fast!

Installed under RV kitchen cabinet to replace an old fluorescent light. Easy installation. I like the high/low light intensities. I would recommend this product. Too bad the this LED light isn't available in a wider range of lengths.

For 9 yrs I have looked for interior lights for my RV. I came across E trailer while looking for a kitchen faucet which looks and works perfect. I contacted customer service after searching there site and the next day I had received email with a complete list of lights.
Rvill50 is a great substitute for my original lights.

It has been a year since installing this light. It's very bright on the lower setting. It's also got an "effing bright" setting that I use less often. It has a smaller footprint than the original twin tube fluorescent, but it is a much better light. Highly recommend!

Still working great. Just bought another one! Great replacement for the twin tube fluorescent overhead fixture. Slightly smaller footprint.
I like this light! I like where the switch is located.
I would though like to know how to take off the cover , I actually have one more screw to put in it but before I did I snapped the light cover on it and it’s hard to remove and I don’t want to force it ! I am assuming that there is a simple trick to taking it off ? Well hope I can get some feedback back from William about it , other than that great little light got it tucked under my kitchen cabinets that hang over the sink and stove area . Lights up really well one position nice and bright and the 2nd position on the switch the light will dim makes a warm comfortable light easy on the eyes .

Hi Brian! On both sides of the lens, there are some slots between the lens and the housing. Pry gently in there with a small standard screwdriver, and the lens will come off for you.
