Will Air Bags Help with Sway While Towing with a 2022 Ford F-150

Question:
I have a 2022 F-150 and I tow a 32’ travel trailer around 10,700lbs as well as occasionally a tractor and hay that ranges from 9,000-12,000 lbs. I have only towed the camper so far and have had some sway. I currently have a lipert load distribution hitch for the camper. Would the air lift bags help me with the sway? Will they impact the ride when not towing? Would the BW continuum WD and sway control hitch be better? Trying to decide which way to go to add control and reduce sway. Thanks

I do have an option for you but suspension enhancements for the tow vehicle won't help much with sway. I instead recommend a weight distribution system with sway control which will take the place of suspension enhancements and if you choose the correct one, will help combat and control trailer sway. The vast majority of dealer installed weight distribution systems offer very minimal sway control as they are usually very cost effective options. The best sway control system we offer for the money is the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution like part # BXW1503 which is rated for up to 1,500 lbs of tongue weight.
