Should I get the 7,500 lb. or 5,000 lb. Firestone air bags for my 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4x4? I am pulling a bumper trailer weighing around 8,500 lbs.

Since you are pulling a trailer that weighs around 8,500 lbs. you would just want to stick with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F35FV (5,000 lb.).

You really only need to spend more for the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F95FV (7,500 lbs.) if you are towing a larger 5th wheel, where the pin weight would be more than 5,000 lbs. Otherwise, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F35FV (5,000 lb.) will work out great.

I also recommend adding a compressor system to make inflating and maintaining your air bags even easier. The Air Command Compressor System # F2610 will allow you to adjust your air springs remotely using your smartphone as the spring control interface.
