Yes, the Blue Ox Aventa will fit with the arms of the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2238 for your 2006 Honda CR-V
If you haven't picked out the rest of your flat towing components then I have the following recommendations:
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This kit will come with everything you need to display the traffic signals from your motorhome through the tail lights on your CR-V.
The FRONT POWER ACC 18 fuse needs to be pulled to flat tow, I recommend using the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass # RM76511 to make this as simple as flipping a switch to turn it off and on.
Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This system comes with a remote to show you when the brake pedal is depressed and if there is a breakaway event. It will also allow you to change your brake sensitivity while on the go and includes a vehicle-side charge line kit to keep your CR-V's battery charged while you tow.
Safety Cables: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643. If you don't have safety cables for you bar then I recommend these because of their coiled design, which will help keep them up off of the road while towing.
