Question:
Hello. I have a 1966 Apache Eagle Tent Camper and has 4 on 4, 8 Wheels. In your experience, can you tell me if you have a replacement Wheel hub that will fit... without having to remove the old hub and measure the axle first? Thanks

Based on past information and that bolt pattern you most likely have 2,000 lb axles on your 1966 Apache Eagle Tent Camper. Unfortunately, there are two possible bearing configurations for hubs that fit. There is no way to know which you need without removing the hub to identify the bearings.
You may be able to find a part number stamped in the bearing, it would either be # L44643 or # L44649. If you can't find a part number, you will need to measure the inner diameter of the bearings or measure the spindle where the bearings ride. This will require a digital caliper like the # PTW80157.
The # L44643 has an ID of 1" and the # L44649 has an ID of 1.063". Based on what you find you can use one of the following:
-Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles - 4 on 4 - L44649 Bearings # AKIHUB-440-2-2K
-Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles - 4 on 4 - L44643 Bearings # AKIHUB-440-2-1K
I have attached a diagram below showing where part numbers are typically found as well as where to measure for your reference.
