Can you use the airlift xl 7500 air bags with a bandw companion slider hitch with turnover ball on a gmc 2500 at4?

Yes, you can use the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs part # AL57541 on a 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 with the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # BWGNRK1020. Per the Air Lift instructions, if the u-bolts won't fit around the frame with the gooseneck hitch brackets in place you would need to secure the upper brackets to the frame using the self-tapping bolts included in the kit.
If you want to be able to control the air bags from inside the vehicle you might want to consider an air compressor kit like the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL25980EZ which is what I recommend.
