Reduce your Coleman-Mach RV air conditioner's start-up power demand by up to 75% and ease the strain on your AC compressor. Start and run your AC smoothly without tripping breakers or overloading your generator.
Every time your RV's AC kicks on, it draws a quick surge of power that can strain your system or trip a breaker, especially on older hookups or generator setups. The Coleman-Mach soft start kit slows that spike, reducing startup amperage by up to 75% and helping your AC ease into operation instead of jolting on at full force. That smoother start means less stress on your compressor and a longer life for your cooling system. It installs easily from the roof, works with select Coleman-Mach units, and adapts to your power conditions automatically with every cycle. Whether you're plugged into shore power or running off-grid, it helps your AC start quietly and stay protected.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at this soft-start kit for your Coleman Mach RV air conditioner. Now, as you probably know, every time you start your RV's AC when it kicks on, it draws a quick surge of power that can strain your system or even trip a breaker, especially on older hookups or generator setups. This soft-start kit is going to slow that spike This is going to reduce the startup amperage by up to 75% and help your AC ease into operation instead of jolting on at full force. So that's smoother start means less stress on your compressor and a longer life for your cooling system.
And this is going to install easily from the roof. It is going to work with select Coleman Mach units, and as you can see there, I've listed the series that this will work with. It's gonna work with the 45,000 to 47,000 and the 48,000 air conditioners. And this is going to adapt to your power conditions automatically with every cycle. So whether you're plugged into shore power or running off grid, this is gonna help your AC start quietly and stay protected.
Now, I'm gonna give you an overhead view here and just put my ruler up to it to give you some overall measurements. Hopefully you can see this. So looking at the overall height, about 7 1/2 inches tall, and then the overall width, about 4 3/4 inches wide, and then the thickness, about 3 inches. I realize that's upside down for you, but I just wanted to give you an idea of the size of this unit. So it does include everything that you see here.
You're gonna get hardware here, cable ties, and also this plate or bracket with the instructions to guide you through the installation. So it should be a very simple install, but if you happen to have any other further questions, don't hesitate to reach back out to us. Ultimately, we wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you want and need. That's gonna wrap up our quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.
Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.
