I have a Blue OX BX7445 tow bar on my Tiffin Phaeton w/air brakes. Do you offer a base plate that will fit a 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat 4x4? Blue Ox seems to not offer one? Also, I need a braking system. Is the Roadmaster Air Master better than the Patriot?

Yes, there is a base plate that fits your 2016 Ford F-150 that will work with your Blue Ox Aventa Tow Bar. It is the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit item # DM56MV. You will also need the Adapter for Blue Ox Tow Bars to Demco Classic Base Plates item # DM9523034.
You are correct there are no Blue Ox base plate kits or kits that will work with your Aventa tow bar and fit your F-150 without an adapter.
I highly recommend the Blue Ox Patriot 3 Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System item # BLU37TR over the Roadmaster or any other. The Blue Ox does not have to be permanently installed and it can be set up easily and removed once you arrive at your destination. I have linked an installation video below.
The Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit item # DM56MV is a great choice for your truck because these have the most subtle installation by bolting right into where your tow hooks are. Along with these base plates, there are a number of other parts needed for you to flat tow your Ford F-150, which I have listed below:
