Question:

I have a 2021 ram 2500 diesel with. Full Carli pin top suspension and a pair of helper springs on the rear axle. I tow a 16’ dual axle trailer with a v nose so I can’t add anything to the tongue like battery or propane because it’s to tight on turns. All I need is maybe a 12” or slightly less extension for my 2 1/2” receiver Please advise

Currently we go from a 7" Extension/Reducer # e53YR that fits your 2-1/2" receiver to a 24" Extension/Reducer # RP45292. Both of these will reduce the receiver from a 2-1/2" receiver to a 2" receiver.

You may consider a Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-1124 as it will also help to cushion your ride. The hitch is 16-3/4" long from the rear receiver to the center of the ball mount.
