How much ground clearance do i lose installing this hitch under my OEM hitch?

Since the Curt hitch part # C15307 fits right under the OEM hitch of your 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 you'd lose about 3 inches of ground clearance. Since the truck sits up pretty high though you most likely would not have any issues though.
