Box was torn up when it was delivered and a few scrapes and scratches but otherwise the product is perfect.
Beautiful looking hitch when it came from the powder coaters and then you wrap some plastic around it and ship it and it gets beat all up, disappointed in the fact that that could’ve been prevented I know it’s heavy, but why go through the beautiful powder coating if you’re just gonna let all the edges get beat up And the plastic half hanging off it when it arrives at the door.
Thanks for making it right and getting the hardware to us quickly. Customer is very happy they can take the unit on the scheduled day.
Came on time and was exactly as ordered. Some scratches from shipping but comedic only
I received the brake controller And the brake receptacle. And they put them on soon as I was finished another UPS truck pulled up with my hitch and within 90 minutes I had it installed all three items work perfectly I'd buy from this company again
Very easy to install.
The Curt is a great Hitch, went on Fairley easy hah to do some grinding on right back where it mounts to frame so it would not hit the Electrical Plug that mounted to the Truck frame .

this is exactly what i need for my truck
There is a clearance problem on the right side. We had to grind out part of the hitch so it wouldn’t hit an electrical plug.
Easy installation and built to last….
Very nice, heavy duty hitch.
The finish is a textured black and was in great shape surprisingly, as it looked like UPS drop kicked the box a few times.
Install was pretty straight forward except that Curt still hasn't fixed the bracket on the passenger side that rubs the electronics under the truck.
A little grinding fixed it.
It's on, it's strong (stronger than OE), it looks a little dorky with two receivers but those of us with these year trucks have no choice if we want a really strong hitch.

Thank you for reaching out about the scratches on the hitch. Customer Service will reach out to you. I recommend touching up the affected areas with a rust resistant paint like Rustoleum. It will be handy to have on hand over time as the hitch will experience dings and scratches from road debris.
