Do I have to take off the factory hitch from my GMC Sierra 1500 Sle so this one can fit, I want to have like 21” ground clearance not 18” for example if I leave the factory hitch on. thank you

The Curt hitch part # C31088 that you referenced is actually a front hitch so it would not interfere at all with the factory hitch on your 2019 GMC Sierra 1500. We do have the Curt hitch part # C15307 which is a confirmed fit for your truck with a factory hitch. This does hang below the factory hitch so ground clearance is affected. See picture.
