I’m just pulling a single axle camper 21 foot long. Would this be OK on my Ram for that?

Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e28ZR will work great on your 2024 Ram 1500 just as long as it has the Class III tow bumper. Most single axle campers are below the 6,000 pound towing capacity the hitch # e28ZR can handle. You should double check the weight of your camper to confirm that it is below 6,000 pounds.
