Question:

For your 2019 Ram 1500 with the New Body Style I recommend the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31087 because it features a hidden crosstube for a clean looking install. I was actually speaking with Curt about this fitting with tow hooks the other day and they said that the pickup cannot have tow hooks. If it does have tow hooks then they need to be removed. Attached is a photo of what this front mount hitch looks like installed as well as the installation instructions for you to reference. If you let me know what you plan on using this hitch for I can make additional recommendations as necessary.

I looked through the front hitches available for your Ram 1500 and it looks like all of them would require removal of the factory tow hooks if present. I wish I had a better solution for you!
