Question:

I am deciding between the Curt hitch and the draw-tite hidden hitch for my 2022 mustang mache. Can you recomm nd one over the other. Which one has the better clearance from the bumper? What is the advantage of the Hidden Hitch? Is it worth the added cost? Thanks,

I would be happy to help you find a hitch for your 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E. I absolutely recommend the Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver item # DT72GR over the Curt item # C77ER. It is definitely worth the extra money. The receiver is completely removable. When you are not towing your trailer or hauling an accessory you can take the 2" x 2" off and retain your factory appearance. This hitch also has a higher capacity than the Curt and will allow you to fully use your Mach-E's tongue weight and towing capacity. The ground clearances will be comparable with the receiver attached.

If you plan on towing you will need a wiring harness item # C59496 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
